Free Braille Books Program Form

To enroll in the Free Braille Books Program, please complete the form below.

For a list of monthly book selections, visit the Braille Books program webpage.

This program, sponsored by the American Action Fund for Blind Children and Adults, is available at no cost to eligible participants. By submitting the form, you confirm that you have the authority to authorize participation and understand that a free Braille book will be delivered monthly until you cancel.

Eligible participants include United States residents who are:

  • Blind or low-vision children and adults who are Braille readers at any level.
  • Teachers of blind students who wish to use these books in their classrooms.
  • Public or school libraries seeking to include Braille books in their collections.
